Hello friends!
Today we are going to talk about INFOGRAPHICS!
What is an Infographic?
An infographic is a visual representation of data. It is a big picture/images that summarizes information/topic/unit in a graphic way. It used to have simple images, symbols, charts, etc., to explain a content. Text is used to briefly describe facts.
Why use it?
Because....
- It is attractive for the viewer.
- It makes information clear.
- It engages viewer to think.
- The viewer investigates a topic.
- It is a quick way to share facts.
How to use it in class?
There are to ways to use it in class:
- Teacher makes it --> To present content to his students
- Students makes it --> To present their projects
Resources to create infographics
There are many different applications to create an infopraphic, but under my point of view Canva is the best one; so, I am going about it.
It is a graphic design tool that allows users to create visual content like multimedia graphics, presentations, posters...
I have selected this tool in preference to any other because in the free version it has available hundreds of design layout, images and font types. I can´t discovered any negative point about this app.
